In linux change GMT to PST in /etc/sysconfig/clock.

DESCRIPTION:
To change to a different time zone than the default
PST that is installed on the system, change the
symbolic link /etc/timezone to point to the appropriate
file. (ls -l /etc/timezone will point you to the
current directory and file.)
